BLACK MAMBA® FHG High Tack
Sink installation
Black Mamba FHG High Tack is an advanced hybrid sealant adhesive designed to simplify the installation of undermount sinks. With its high green strength, sinks can be secured in place quickly and securely, without the risk of slippage or dropping. This eliminates the need for brackets or clips, making the installation process much simpler. The adhesive cures under the influence of humidity, creating a durable and elastic rubber that bonds to a wide range of sink materials. It is 100% waterproof, low odor, and can be used for both indoor and outdoor sink projects.

Start by cleaning the sink and the countertop with acetone or denatured alcohol. Make sure the underside of the sink cutout and the top rim of the bowl are extremely clean.
Mark an imaginary line around the perimeter of the bowl, and apply a consistent bead of Black Mamba FHG® High Tack adhesive on the outside of that line.

Apply a continuous bead of Black Mamba FHG® High Tack along the edge of the sink bowl. Make sure the adhesive is evenly applied and covers the entire edge.

Once the sink is in place, compress it against the countertop. Press it tightly and count to 10. Check the overhangs to make sure they are even. If necessary, adjust the sink by twisting it slightly

Carefully position the sink underneath the countertop, ensuring that it is level and in the correct position. The adhesive allows for repositioning within 10 minutes after application.

Wait for 24 hours before allowing your plumber to work on the sink
